Chip Eiserhardt & Heath Verner

Chip Eiserhardt was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. Coming from a family of Charleston Realtors, he grew up with a strong interest in the business. He attended Bishop England High School and went on to attain a Business degree from Clemson University. After graduation, Chip moved home to work with his family in real estate and married a Charleston County school teacher. In his spare time he enjoys being with his family, playing golf, and hunting. Chip is very knowledgeable about the Charleston area. With his experience and professionalism, he is sure to meet the needs of each and every client.
Heath Verner is a veteran real estate agent with over ten years of knowledge and expertise in commercial and residential real estate. Originally from Rock Hill, SC, Heath moved to Charleston to attend college and graduated from The Citadel in 1997. After spending a short amount of time away from Charleston, Heath returned to the Lowcountry and has considered the Holy City home ever since. He has established a successful real estate practice and is currently a partner in a restaurant group that owns five area locations.

Heath enjoys everything the Lowcountry has to offer. In his spare time, you can find Heath enjoying a round of golf or spending time with his family at Edisto Beach. He resides in West Ashley with his wife, Schill, and their two young boys, Patrick and Henry.
